Whilst this is correct it doesn't say much about me....................
I am a very pragmatic and direct person who loves new challenges purely for the experiences I can collect. In my time, besides degrees and formal
qualifications, I have become a qualified rifle coach, diver and pilot and have held a commission in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserves. I also
have a passion for collecting old cars and pens amongst other things. My next challenge is to refresh my motorcycling skills and buy a Harley, this is
not a mid-life crisis, I am told that I am too old for that!
I am a great believer in the power of positive thought, you can set your mind to anything given the right mental attitude. I do not pretend to be a guru
but I have mentored and coached many people helping them to plan and achieve their goals. It is not always easy but it is always possible!
Many times the key to achieving something is the support you get from those around you, I have been lucky. Happily married for over thirty years I
have always had a supportive and caring wife backing me up.
This doesn't mean that you cannot achieve success on your own but it certainly makes it easier with a bit of support and encouragement.
Understanding this, along with the skills and experience I have attained during my career, helps me to offer support and encouragement to others
both at a personal and a commercial level. |
